Article Processing Charges (if any in US$ $) and/or APC and waiver conditions

JASR, ISSN 3104-4794, adheres to an open-access publishing model, ensuring unrestricted access to all published content for readers worldwide. To support the costs associated with the peer review process, editorial management, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 250 is applicable upon acceptance of a manuscript. However, JASR is committed to promoting equitable access to publishing opportunities for authors from all regions. As part of this commitment, APC waivers or discounts are available on a case-by-case basis for authors who demonstrate financial hardship, particularly those from low-income and lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank. Additionally, authors affiliated with institutions that have existing agreements or partnerships with SCOPUA, as well as early-career researchers or students, may be eligible for partial or full APC waivers. Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission, accompanied by a brief justification and relevant supporting documents. The editorial office evaluates all waiver applications independently of the peer review process to maintain fairness and integrity in editorial decisions. JASR remains dedicated to supporting a diverse and inclusive global research community by minimising financial barriers to publication.
