APC Waiver

JASR is committed to promoting equitable access to publishing opportunities for authors from all regions. As part of this commitment, APC waivers or discounts are available on a case-by-case basis for authors who demonstrate financial hardship, particularly those from low-income and lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank. Additionally, authors affiliated with institutions that have existing agreements or partnerships with SCOPUA, as well as early-career researchers or students, may be eligible for partial or full APC waivers. Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission, accompanied by a brief justification and relevant supporting documents.
