The Rayleigh distribution serves as a model for lifetime events and finds numerous applications in survival analysis, reliability, communications, and various other fields. Many bivariate situations require explanation, making bivariate distributions crucial for describing these scenarios. In this paper, we address this issue by introducing a new bivariate distribution known as the bivariate transmuted Rayleigh distribution. We present an analytical study of this distribution, which encompasses its properties, inference, and real-life applications.
