Adaptive Neuro Neutrosophic Inference System for Sustainable Supplier Selection

Sustainable supplier selection is one of the critical decision-making problems in eco-centric supply chain management system. The existing traditional decision-making methods fail to address the inherent uncertainty, imprecision and indeterminacy. This study proposes Adaptive Neuro-Neutrosophic Inference System (ANNIS) to address these challenges. The proposed framework blends neural networks with neutrosophic logic to evolve an intelligent decision support system. The ANNIS model considers multifaceted criteria for supplier selection with rule based neutrosophic inference architecture. The effectiveness of ANNIS is compared with fuzzy inferences with special reference to accuracy, decision consistency, stability and reliability. The results exhibit the efficacy of ANNIS in handling complex decision making environments.
